Jazzercise is the original dance party workout!
Each class starts with a warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of dance-based cardio
and finishes with 20 minutes of strength training and stretching. The entire class is choreographed to a wide variety of music, but no dance background is required.
High and Low impact options are demonstrated. Participants are always encouraged
to workout at their own personal fitness level.
The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.

How To Join The Online Jazzercise Classes
Step 1 - Sign-up Online through our Booking Software
Creating a profile enables you to book into classes, purchase and track your class packages/memberships,
print or download receipts, communicate with Fit in Motion staff, etc.
We use PTminder as our booking software, which can also be downloaded as an App.
Select the 'Sign-up Now' button below to create a Client Profile.

Step 2 - Purchase a Package/Membership
Once you have created your Client Profile, your account is set up and ready to use.
You can purchase a package or membership via the Online Store within your account.
As soon as your payment has been processed, the package/membership will automatically load onto your account.
You can immediately start registering into classes.
The unique 'Zoom' link for each class (only the ones you are registered into)
are available within the 'Notes' section of the class information.
Your account will automatically notify you when you have 2 classes left available on your package.
You can purchase a package or membership via the Online Store within your account.

or through the Online Store in their Client Account.

Website Store - The package/membership will take up to 1 day to be loaded onto your account if purchasing from the Website Store as our administrative staff have to manually load these packages.
Online Store in Client Profile Account - The package/membership will be loaded immediately upon payment.

Below are samples of standard formats you will experience in a Jazzercise class,

Class Schedule
Class Schedule Effective: February, 2021
- All participants are recommended to workout at their own fitness level and ability.
- A variety of intensity options, progressions and eggressions are demonstrated in each class.
- Participants must wear appropriate athletic shoes as well as fitness attire to enable sweat to easily evaporate.
- Participants have the option of using equipment (such as dumbbells, resistance tubes/bands, etc.), or, can perform all exercises with no resistance.
These classes are ongoing. Start anytime of the year! Attend as many classes as you wish per week.
