Online class schedule

​Attend as many classes as you wish per week.

Class Schedule - Effective January 4, 2022

Mon, Wed & Fri - 10:00-11:00am (Cardio & Lift)
Tue - 5:30-6:30pm (Cardio & Lift)
Thu - 5:00-6:00pm (Cardio & Lift)

About Cardio & Lift Classes

The focus of these classes are cardio, strength training with a stretch finale.
​Formats may vary (All bodyweight class, Circuit class, etc.). 
All fitness levels are welcome.  Participants are recommended to workout at their own fitness level and ability. 
A variety of intensity options, progressions and egressions are demonstrated. 
Participants have the option to use their own equipment (dumbbells, resistance tubes/bands, etc.)
or opt to use their own body resistance. 
Participants must wear appropriate athletic shoes as well as fitness attire to enable sweat to easily evaporate.
The class is lead by a certified Personal Trainer who performs all exercises with the participants.
