Through our live online classes, our skilled Yoga Instructor
will help you perform the exercises, achieve the postures,
​breathe deeper, think clearer, while practicing yoga at home.
​All levels are welcome!


Step 1 - Sign-up Online

Creating a profile enables you to book into classes, track your purchases,
print or download receipts, ​communicate with Fit in Motion staff, etc.
​We use PTminder as our booking software, which can also be downloaded as an App.

Select the 'Sign-up Now' button below to create a Client Profile.

Step 2 - Purchase a Package/Membership

Once you have created your Client Profile, you can purchase a package or membership
via the Online Store within your account.
As soon as your payment has been processed, the package/membership will automatically load onto your account.
You can immediately start registering into classes.
The unique 'Zoom' link for each class (only the ones you are registered into)
​are available within the 'Notes' section of the class information.
Your account will automatically notify you when you have 2 classes left available on your package.
What is the difference between the WEBSITE STORE and
the ONLINE STORE via your CLIENT ACCOUNT?


​Clients may purchase packages/memberships via our Website Store (through this website)
or through the Online Store in their Client Account.


PLEASE NOTE
Website Store - The package/membership will take up to 1 day to be loaded onto your account if purchasing from the Website Store as our administrative staff have to manually load these packages.

Online Store in Client Profile Account - The package/membership will be loaded immediately upon payment.

Step 3 - Download Zoom and Enjoy class!

 Fit in Motion uses Zoom Video Conferencing to facilitate our online sessions and classes.
​If you’re not familiar with Zoom, 
here’s an easy tutorial on how to join a session/class using Zoom.
​All online sessions and classes are password protected for security.

Hatha Yoga

​Learn the foundations of Classical yoga postures (Asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and other yogic practices by developing breath and body awareness.  In Hatha Yoga you will learn to control your breathing in a relaxed and modulated way in order to provide focus in different postures.  Each class is different with the emphasis on mindful breathing and the experience of the pose.  Moderate/ Beginner friendly.

Thursday:  9:15-10:30am (75 min)
Saturday:  11:00am-12:15pm (75 min)

Counselling Psychologist
​Sarada is a certified yoga teacher, certified ayurvedic wellness practitioner and counselling psychologist.   She comes with eight years experience teaching in India and the USA.  Sarada was drawn to these sister sciences, as her grandfather, an ayurvedic doctor, made these sciences an integral part of her life growing up in India.

​In her journey as a student and teacher, she believes yoga is for everybody and it helps to nurture healthy, happy communities.  Experience a class with Sarada and unlock the energy within you through Asana, Pranayama, Chanting and Meditation

About The Studio:  Situated on the first floor of a commercial building in the Cedar Hill/Shelbourne Street area, Fit in Motion offers a private space where professionalism, comfort, safety and studio cleanliness are a priority.  The studio features natural light and some soft lighting.   ​All equipment is provided:  yoga mats, towels, blankets, bolsters, blocks, staps and balance pads.  Just bring yourself.  It is open 5 minutes prior to each yoga class, encouraging students to come find their spot, rest and clear the mind, to talk quietly to other students with whom they are building community or to check in with the instructor with any concerns or requests.
