In January of 2019, Charlotte invested in Jeanette's coaching program and lost a total of 22lbs and

One-Time Consultations
If you are simply wanting to schedule a one-time consultation with Jeanette, you are welcome to purchase and schedule a
​1 hour or 1.5 hour consultation appointment with her.

  We believe your nutrition program
​is as unique as your fingerprints.
It’s not a cookie-cutter plan you can read out of a book. 

 
Instead of putting clients on a one size fits all plan, we tailor the plan to each client, using a science-based personalized approach.  The goal is to help the client establish a program they can adhere to for life and achieve their personal goals. We do not believe in highly restrictive fad diets. You can still eat what you love. There will be times where we recommend being more aggressive with the weight loss and times where you relax.
 
When you sign up, you’ll go through an initial intake so we can obtain necessary information, such as your current lifestyle, your medical, nutrition and physical activity history and, of course, your goals.   Jeanette Hunt, Nutrition Coach will review your information and contact you to schedule a 1.5 hour consultation (included in the price of the program) either in person or via a phone call or video call. 
 
During your consultation, you will discuss all information provided in more detail, including what already works for you and what doesn’t.  Jeanette will then lead you through a process and help design, monitor, and modify a nutrition program that works with your lifestyle, interests and goals.   She will help you establish new habits and behaviours and equip you with the necessary knowledge, skills and tools to ensure your program is sustainable, affordable, useful and energizing.  A healthy relationship with your nutrition regime is not just about food. It's about healthy habits and behaviours too! This is often where we start so we can establish a solid framework and identify what your unique unhealthy habits and behaviours and how to address them.
 
Adherence and accountability are established through weekly check-ins.  These check-ins will consist of reviewing prior weeks progress, identifying new tasks for the upcoming week(s), answering questions and educating the client on how to successfully implement the new tasks.  Each month the client will schedule a consultation with Jeanette to review prior month achievements and lessons, discuss the upcoming months plan and re-visit goals (and possibly establish new ones)….plus we get to celebrate all milestones reached!

 Your first appointment is 1.5 hours.   Subsequent appointments are 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your consultation needs.
